July 3, 1931:   "Restaurant for rent.  Apply Hub Pool Hall, Sprague River."   (The Klamath News)

September 9, 1933:   "Mr. and Mrs. Bob DeShazer are the new proprietors of the restaurant adjoining the Hub pool hall."   (The Klamath Falls)

March 31, 1936:   "Friends will be sorry to learn of the death of Mrs. Jessie McMillan.  Mrs. McMillan, a few years ago, lived in Sprague River and operated the Hub Cafe.  She was in Idaho at the time of her death."   (The Evening Herald)

August 27, 1936:   "Mrs. Rex Young, who has managed the Hub restaurant for the past two years, left recently on account of her health.  Mrs. Banta, Sr. has moved into the place."   (The Evening Herald)

June 29, 1937:   "Mrs. Inez Robertson of Bonanza is the proprietress of the Hub cafe.  The former owner, Mrs. Banta, has moved to Klamath Falls."   (The Klamath News)

March 17, 1938:   "Mr. and Mrs. Travis who have operated the Hub cafe all winter have moved to Klamath Falls."   &   "Mr. and Mrs. Zibull have moved to the Hub restaurant and will operate same in the future."   (The Klamath News)

March 29, 1938:   "Mrs. Opal Warren is operating the Hub Cafe."   (The Evening Herald)

June 10, 1938:   "Mr. and Mrs. Emory Warren and daughters are leaving the Hub Cafe and moving to the Ben Mitchell house."   (The Klamath News)

September 8, 1938:   "Fire, originating in an outhouse behind a hotel, spread rapidly in a high wind and virtually demolished the business section of the town of Sprague River late Wednesday.  The buildings razed by the fire include the Hub cafe."   (The Klamath News)
