April 21, 1936:   "Ed Stoneman, senior partner of Stoneman and Pearch in the Hub pool hall has leased his interest in that concern to Fred Zibull, local resident.  Stoneman in turn has leased the Logger's Cafe in Bly."   (The Evening Herald)

August 4, 1936:   "John Pearch, of the Hub pool hall, left Sunday evening, August 2, for a two week's vacation in Victoria, B.C."   (The Evening Herald)

May 18, 1937:   "Ed Stoneman sold his half interest in the Hub pool hall the first of the week to Fred Zibull who for the last year has had it leased, in partnership with Jack Perch."   (The Klamath News)

September 4, 1937:   "License applications refused includes:  John Pearch and Fred Zibull, Hub pool hall, Sprague River, retail beer class B."   (The Klamath News)

June 10, 1938:   "Jack Pearch of the Hub pool hall is in San Francisco on a vacation."   (The Klamath News)

September 8, 1938:   "Fire, originating in an outhouse behind a hotel, spread rapidly in a high wind and virtually demolished the business section of the town of Sprague River late Wednesday.  The buildings razed by the fire includes:  A poolhall operated by Fred Zibull and John Perch."   (The Klamath News)

October 28, 1938:   "Pearch and Zibull have opened for business in their new building, which is a great deal larger than the one recently burned.  There will be four pool tables in the pool room."   (The Klamath News)

July 31, 1946:   "Arthur Roff has leased half interest in the Hub billiards in Sprague River."   (Herald and News)

July 13, 1955:   "Jack Perch returned to his home at Sprague River this week from a month's stay in Portland where he received medical attention.  Perch owns and operates the Sprague River pool hall and ice cream shop."   (Herald and News)

October 12, 1955:   "John Pearch native of Portland, resident of Sprague River for the last 25 years, died here October 10.

      Funeral services will take place from the chapel of Ward's Klamath Funeral Home on Thursday, October 13, at 10 a.m.

      Military honors at the graveside in Klamath Memorial Park will be in charge of Klamath Post No. 8, American Legion."   (Herald and News)

February 8, 1956:    "Under the authority of an Order made and entered by the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for the County of Klamath, dated the 19th day of January, 1956, the undersigned Administrator of the Estate of John Pearch also known as Jack Pearch, deceased, will sell at private sale for cash in hand the following parcel of real property;  Lots 13 and 14 of Block 10 in the town of Sprague River, in Klamath County, Oregon.  The sale or sales will be made on or after the 20th day of February, 1956.  Bids will be received and any sale or sales made will be at the office of Robert D. Puckett, at 112 N. 5th Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon.
